3adalat ("the app", "we") is a fitness app that helps you track food, training, and daily discipline. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. We keep it simple because the practice is simple: your data is used to run the app for you — nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
What we collect
- Account info — your email address and name when you create an account (including Sign in with Apple or Google). Used only to sign you in and keep your data synced.
- Fitness & health data you enter — your profile (age, height, weight, goals) and daily logs (food, calories, water, sleep, steps, workouts, body weight). This is the app's core content, stored so it syncs across your devices.
- Apple Health (optional) — if you choose to connect Apple Health, the app reads your steps and sleep to auto-fill your daily log. This is read-only, happens only with your permission, and Health data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties. You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Health.
- Purchase status — your subscription status is processed by Apple and RevenueCat (our subscription manager). We never see or store your payment card details.
Where it's stored
Your account and logs are stored securely in Google Firebase (authentication and database). Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. Some preferences (like language and reminder times) are stored only on your device.
What we don't do
- No ads, no ad tracking, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No selling or renting your data to anyone.
- No use of your health data for marketing.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account). This permanently deletes your account and synced data. You can also just sign out, and your data stays stored for when you return.
Children
3adalat is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.

«عضلات» (3adalat) تطبيق لياقة يساعدك تتابع أكلك وتمارينك وانضباطك اليومي. هذه السياسة توضح البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق وكيف. الخلاصة بسيطة: بياناتك تُستخدم لتشغيل التطبيق لك فقط — لا شيء غير ذلك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعرض إعلانات.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب — بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك عند إنشاء حساب (بما في ذلك تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google). تُستخدم فقط لتسجيل دخولك ومزامنة بياناتك.
- بيانات اللياقة التي تدخلها — ملفك (العمر، الطول، الوزن، الأهداف) وسجلاتك اليومية (الأكل، السعرات، الماء، النوم، الخطوات، التمارين، وزن الجسم). هذا هو محتوى التطبيق الأساسي ويُخزَّن ليتزامن بين أجهزتك.
- صحة Apple (اختياري) — إذا اخترت ربط تطبيق الصحة، يقرأ التطبيق خطواتك ونومك لتعبئة سجلك اليومي تلقائياً. القراءة فقط، وبإذنك فقط، وبيانات الصحة لا تُستخدم أبداً للإعلانات ولا تُباع ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث. تقدر تلغي الوصول في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS ← الصحة.
- حالة الاشتراك — تتم معالجة اشتراكك عبر Apple و RevenueCat (مدير الاشتراكات). لا نرى ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقاً.
أين تُخزَّن
حسابك وسجلاتك تُخزَّن بأمان في Google Firebase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات). حالة الاشتراك يديرها RevenueCat. بعض التفضيلات (مثل اللغة وأوقات التذكيرات) تُخزَّن على جهازك فقط.
ما لا نفعله
- لا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع إعلاني، ولا تتبّع عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
- لا بيع أو تأجير بياناتك لأي جهة.
- لا استخدام بياناتك الصحية للتسويق.
حذف بياناتك
تقدر تحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)، وهذا يحذف حسابك وبياناتك المتزامنة نهائياً. أو ببساطة سجّل خروجك وتبقى بياناتك محفوظة لحين عودتك.
الأطفال
«عضلات» غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة سنحدّث هذه الصفحة والتاريخ أعلاه.
